History

Planning and testing stages for S6 has lasted for years. Opening news hit in 1999.

Groundwork efforts and prototype event was held in 1999.
Musical concepts explored and considered in depth in 2000.
Political efforts and an alternative gathering happened in 2001.
Business Planning and Board Proposals take root in 2002.

An event concept was presented to the boosters board for the Duquense Heights Community Center on June 18, 2003, for a Sept. 11, 2003 event.

The event was held at Club Cafe on the South Side.

Community Unity special event at 8 pm, (doors open at 7), on Thursday, September 11, 2003 at Club Cafe, 85 South 12th Street, South Side. Expected presenters include: Rev. Lynn Brodie, James C. Roddey, Dan Onorato and 2001 songwriter of the year, Dave Nachmanoff.

This event is hosted by CLOH.Org, community activist and stay-at-home dad, Mark Rauterkus and our family and friends.
